My wife and I have been having an issue where the Baby Daybook app will not sync when connected through WiFi. Everytime we need to sync, as we share the app and both input data, we both need to disconnect from WiFi and sync over cellular. When on WiFi, the app continually says "no internet" and disconnected. I have confirmed the Wifi connection at home is good through various other apps and PlayStation. Both of our phones are Androids. Any input on how to resolve this issue would be much appreciated. Perhaps it's a bug? Thank you. Update: For those having sync issues in a pinch, try disconnecting or turning off WiFi. This might help some with a temporary solution while waiting to debug this issue.
Try making sure you both have the latest version of the app by checking play store/ app store.
