This did not work. Mine doesn't even show an update
Did not work for me. I have Android. The only caregiver to input new entries since the bug has iOS. I have had that caregiver do a sync. Then I did one as well. Both finished and just said "connected" when complete. My data is still outdated. My guess/assumption is that the bug is preventing entries from going UP to the servers. Since that caregiver has iOS, none of their entries are going upstream, so I can't pull them down.
Try searching for the app.. by default It will recommend the existing app installed. Dont click that, instead try clicking from the results page. It should show the update button. If not I have no other workaround for this.
Clarification: as my post just prior, the Android app was updated and fixed - they had not yet released the iOS app with a fix.
Didn't work. Same problems after updating.
