Update on the sync issue!

They were able to find and fix the issue! The update for Android will be out in a few hours. Approval for the update on IOS usually takes up to 48hrs. But it will be fixed!

Seems to still not be working after I just updated it at 1030a Eastern on 9/20/19. Another caregiver for our daughter has been doing the only logging for two days now. I've repeatedly clicked "sync" in the account tab. It goes through syncing, then finally just says "Connected". I go back and look, and I have no new data and my last entry is that I put her to sleep well over a day ago. I've now rebooted my and tapped "sync" again. It still has not synced. I have an android. All other caregivers are using iOS. Perhaps since my mother has iOS (which has not yet been fixed), her entries are not going UP to the server, so I can't sync them DOWN to my device?
