If you have android, you need to go download the update. For example, I got the app from Google Play. I searched the app name again and clicked on update. It'll start synching again after that.

We were experiencing some problems with our server, so sync did not work as expected. The problem has been resolved and sync should work properly again. If you still have any out of sync data, tap sync button in the Account tab. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
