My app was showing a breastfeeding that wasn’t stopped, so I edited it. It turns out I was just disconnected. From then on, it wouldn’t properly sync. I’ve tried leaving as a caregiver and rejoining, logging out, even reinstalling the app. I cannot get my app to show my baby’s profile.

It will still connect, but syncing is taking a long time and doesn’t show the baby’s profile.

We were experiencing some problems with our server, so sync did not work as expected. The problem has been resolved and sync should work properly again. If you still have any out of sync data, tap sync button in the Account tab.
