Most of the time it says no internet connection. Toggling from WiFi to data connection let it sometimes go online. You can let the app sync then, but it doesn't retrieve any information. My conclusion is that the central server is down or has issues. Also due to the shared same inconveniences.

Same problem here today in Sweden. I am looking for similar app and if they can not fix it this week, would stop using this app and switch to another.

Please solve the sync problem, I paid for the app and is very disappointing this kind of fails
please fix this soon as it is inconvenient for me and my partner to work together if the app cannot sync properly. I just started this app 2 days ago and was so happy with it that I upgraded to lifetime, and then yesterday it stopped syncing with the "no internet connection" error... after uninstalling and manually re-entering some records it stopped syncing again today afternoon... I would like a refund if this is not resolved this week!

They posted on Facebook that their servers are down and they are working on getting it fixed.
Update! They found and fixed the problem! The update will be out for Android within a few hours. Do not uninstall! You could lose data til then. They are waiting for approval from Apple to release the update for IOS which could take 48hrs.
The app update works for me!
Update works, but have to manually refresh for all users untill everything is updated in all ways.

I downloaded the update for my iPhone but it’s still not syncing. I get “com.firebase” as an error message.
Now it also says “no internet connection” even though I have a verified strong internet connection
We were experiencing some problems with our server, so sync did not work as expected. The problem has been resolved and sync should work properly again. If you still have any out of sync data, tap sync button in the Account tab. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
